Warranty Coverage

• Duration: 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Scope: If your power bank has any issues related to manufacturing defects, such as failure to charge or malfunctioning ports, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse: Physical damage, including cracks, scratches, or water damage.
• Accidental damage: Damage caused by accidents, drops, or improper handling.
• Normal wear and tear: Natural degradation over time due to regular use.
• Unauthorized repairs: Any repairs performed by non-authorized service centers or individuals.

How to Claim the Warranty

• Keep your original purchase receipt or proof of purchase as it is required for warranty claims.
• If your power bank is defective, please contact our customer service team at01301-27918 with your purchase information and a description of the issue.
• Upon verification, we will either repair or replace your power bank, depending on the issue.
